FAQs

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, 100 serves.

Will the drinks be chilled?

Yes, we deliver them cold. We also leave a bit of space for you to add your own ice in, if required.

Will the drinks leak?

No, they will have leak-proof lids on.

How many toppings are included per drink?

1 topping. If you’d like to add more, there may be an additional charge.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! Most of our bubble teas are dairy free, gluten free, nut free and vegetarian. We also have vegan options.

Do you have different cup sizes?

Yes! Our standard is 500ml but we can also do 300ml or 700ml.

How long do the drinks once delivered?

When refrigerated, drinks stay fresh for up to 24 hours. However, tapioca pearls tend to harden after about 4-5 hours and especially in the fridge.
